Respecting creative work
This independent Stumble Guys game website identifies the game using its name, credited developer and relevant visual references. Game names, logos, characters, screenshots and software remain the property of their respective owners. Our editorial styling is intended to make the subject recognisable, not to claim ownership of Scopely, Inc. material.
The website’s original writing and website presentation are separate from third-party media. A downloaded screenshot, a derivative banner or a reference to an embedded game does not transfer intellectual-property rights. We maintain source records so a specific item can be traced when a question arises.
What we can review
A rights request can identify an image, passage of text, video reference, logo treatment or link appearing on stumbleguys.co.uk. Give the exact website URL and describe the item on that page. If several items are involved, list them separately so that each can be located and checked.
The embedded browser player is hosted by html5.gamedistribution.com. We can review our own link or embedding choice, but do not operate that provider’s servers. A request to remove software from the source host may need to be addressed directly to that host as well.
Sending a clear notice
Send correspondence to contact@stumbleguys.co.uk or use the Contact form with a subject that identifies a rights concern. Explain which work you own or represent, what material you believe is affected and how to contact you. Include links to an original or authorised source where those links help establish the claim.
If you act for another person or organisation, explain that relationship. State the correction, removal or attribution change you are requesting. Please provide accurate information and avoid including passwords, unrelated personal details or identity documents that are not needed to understand the issue.
How a report is considered
The editorial team can compare the reported item with the page and its source record. Depending on the concern, we may amend a caption, correct attribution, replace a media item, disable an embed reference or remove the disputed material while reviewing it.
A report should distinguish our own writing from a quotation, the official app from a browser adaptation, and the source video from the page that links it. Clear descriptions help prevent an unrelated page or asset from being changed by mistake. A request does not automatically establish ownership of every similarly named item.
Attribution and corrections
If the issue is a missing or inaccurate credit, identify the correct creator or rights holder and a reliable supporting source. We do not assume that a portal name is the developer of a game. Official store and publisher credits are kept separate from the editorial authorship of this website.
Visual adjustments to an icon or banner do not make the underlying game artwork newly owned by the website. Media are used with source context, and relevant permissions should be confirmed for publication. The video and screenshot sections identify the edition and source they show rather than claiming that every image was captured from this website’s player.
Other enquiries
For an inaccurate gameplay statement, use the ordinary correction route on the Contact page. For an app purchase, account or game-service complaint, follow the official Scopely, Inc. support link. A rights notice should focus on the material at issue so it can reach the appropriate review.
This page explains the website’s contact process and does not appoint a statutory agent, determine a legal dispute or promise a fixed response time. Please keep copies of your correspondence and the page addresses you provide. The Privacy page explains how messages submitted to this site are handled.
